HEINZMANN Group Sales Meeting 2025: Unified Strategy and Innovation in Focus
From May 15 to 17, 2025, the HEINZMANN Group brought together representatives from its global management and sales teams at Hotel Hirschen in Wiechs near Schönau for the annual Group Sales Meeting. Held under the motto “#TeamHEINZMANN – Shaping the Future Together,” the three-day event focused on strategic alignment, innovative product developments, and international collaboration across the corporate group.
The annual HEINZMANN Group Sales Meeting has become a key platform for promoting strategic alignment and driving innovation across its extensive portfolio of turbine and engine management systems, as well as electric drive technologies.
Day 1 – Strategy & Innovation at the Core
The meeting began with a welcome to delegates and introduction by Markus Gromer, CEO of HEINZMANN. This was followed by presentations of innovative products, which clearly demonstrated the HEINZMANN Group’s position as a reliable partner in engine and turbine management and electric drive solutions. These were complemented by strategic outlooks and presentations on current trends and developments in the various markets in which HEINZMANN operates.
The day concluded with a relaxed evening of tenpin bowling, where participants competed in international teams. The informal setting provided an ideal opportunity to strengthen cross-company cohesion and team spirit.
Day 2: Transparency, Insights, and Cultural Exchange
The second day focused on project updates, business outlooks, and performance figures. Detailed presentations from Group Headquarters and each subsidiary ensured transparency and inspired collaborative discussions on shared goals and market positioning.
In the evening, the agenda turned from business to culture with the “Black Forest Comedy Special – Comedy Night in English”, held at Schönau Grammar School. Open to both students and the public, the event featured two Berlin-based stand-up comedians:
* Tera Kilbride (USA), with sharp humour around mental health, cultural identity, and life as an immigrant;
* Kat Nip (Poland), known for her high-energy, brutally honest style.
The event also strengthened ties between the HEINZMANN Group and the local Schönau community. Pupils from the school actively contributed by supporting the technical setup and helping to organise the evening.
Day 3: Artificial Intelligence: Learning for Tomorrow
The final day focused on future-oriented learning through a workshop on “Understanding and Applying Generative AI.”
The session demystified complex AI concepts and showcased practical applications of tools such as ChatGPT. Topics included:
* Real-life applications of generative AI in sales, development, and support
* Ethical and effective use of AI in everyday operations
* Live demonstrations of productivity-enhancing AI workflows
Participants left with a solid understanding of how AI can be used not only to save time but also to drive innovation, agility, and improved customer engagement.
Shaping the Future - Together
The HEINZMANN Group Sales Meeting 2025 successfully fulfilled its objectives: aligning strategic priorities, exchanging best practices, and reinforcing the collective vision of an agile and forward-thinking organisation.
“We’re not just developing better products – we’re shaping a better future together,” said Markus Gromer, CEO of HEINZMANN GmbH & Co. KG.
