The basic version of XIOS UC consists of the Main board (MC), extendable by up to 5 extension modules (MA) and an Expander Board MD1 or MD2.

StG 2010 / 2040 / 2080

These models are the most powerful versions in the 2000 actuator range, and can be driven by analogue and digital HEINZMANN governors and by positioning modules. They are used in diesel, gas and dual-fuel engines and can be integrated with various throttle valves for hot and cold engine applications. The brushless permanent magnet system makes this actuator series ideal for use with gas engines.

The flameproof electric actuator StG L500-50mm is a linear actuator with built in electronic position control. It positions according to an external 4-20 mA demand signal. Thrust is +/- 5000 kNewtons and span is adjustable up to 100 mm. Only 24 VDC electric supplies are required to operate.

EVO 2G

The Evolution 2G Gas Fuel Throttle Valve (EVO 2G) is a mechatronic assembly consisting of a valve, position servo and digital flow controller with associated redundant pressure instrumentation. Evolution 2G is highly responsive, stable, reliable, does not require any flow sensor and has a self-cleaning valve surface. Features are absolute repeatability and high accuracy. The valve is suitable for DLE systems and competitive for wide range of turbine sizes.

EVO 2L

The Evolution 2L Liquid Fuel Throttle Valve is a mechatronic valve assembly similar in form and function to the Evolution 2G Gas Fuel Throttle Valve but for liquid fuels. Special features are: BSPP ports to accept standard compression fittings for pump, manifold and tank connections; ANSI class 600 pressure rating for pressure atomised burner systems and cartridge type recycle regulator valve for easy inspection/replacement.

Its main product is the Si-TEC series of generator governors for reciprocating applications. The Si-TEC range of governors integrates seamlessly into the majority of generator drive applications.

Si-TEC Xtend CGC

The versatile CGC steam turbine governor with generator control is part of the Si-TEC range, which is developed and produced by HEINZMANN Australia. The CGC is the ideal solution for a wide range of steam turbine generators, including counter-pressure turbines, condensation turbines, regulated extraction turbines and turbines with a split shaft. The applications include power plants, sugar & paper mills, the preparation and processing of oil & gas, refineries, the petrochemical industry, the geothermal industry and systems involving multiple generators.
