Giro Engineering is recognised worldwide as an authority on the design and development of sheathed and conventional fuel injection pipes for the marine, power generation and transportation industries from the simplest single cylinder engine to the complexities of the modern day common rail systems.

Our double wall products are compliant with the latest SOLAS regulations. Giro’s attention to detail is endemic throughout the company, we are extremely proud of our product documentation and traceability which has proved invaluable over the last 40+ years.

Giro have in-depth experience and a broad knowledge base in providing solutions to problems that vary in both scale and complexity. Our products are accepted by all major classification societies including ABS, DNV and Bureau Veritas. In addition, we boast a closed loop quality system conforming to ISO 9001:2015 (Certificate No 932219) audited by BSI.

Backed by an advanced IT infrastructure and using the latest CAD and co-ordinate measuring system our design team has the ability to produce solutions for new engines and older legacy engine designs.

We can import from all popular file formats directly into our CAD system or record data direct from an engine or installation using our portable measuring equipment in the situation where drawings are not available. Giro can also help manufactures offer SOLAS compliance and spare part support for older engines by either working from archive drawings or reverse engineering existing fuel pipes.
