ARTEMIS Dual-Fuel Systems are based on HEINZMANN's proven gas engine components and powerful actuation and governing units. They ensure a perfect gas-air mixture quality and high conversion ratios. Operating dual-fuel engines with up to 2 MW output, the gas controlled and gas mixer based systems are suitable for stationary applications as well as heavy-duty vehicles.

XIOSDual-Fuel

A modular and multi-functional governor for dual-fuel engines. The highly efficient control system provides control strategies for the diesel and gas side, sophisticated safety and monitoring strategies, a control system for the gas path and unrestricted diesel operation at all times.

Gas Mixers

Throttle Valves with Positioner

HEINZMANN throttle valves with integrated positioner are intended for small and medium-sized gas engines. The direct-acting integrated actuator operates in 4Q mode. It is supplied with the tried-and-tested contactless position feedback and an integrated return spring.

Temperature sensors

HEINZMANN high-quality temperature sensors based on Pt 100, Pt 200 or Pt 1000 measuring cells are used on all HEINZMANN systems and have become the industry bench mark for response times, long-term stability and measurement precision. The sensors are suitable for measuring fluids and gases and have degree of protection IP65.
