StG 2080 Actuator ATEX Certified HEINZMANN StG 2080 Actuators are rotary and direct acting all electric actuators with respectively 6.5 and 11 Nm torque output and either 36° or 68° rotation. Their distinctive features are a compact design and a high dynamic performance. They are used for diesel and gas engines as well as for dual fuel engines. They are driven by HEINZMANN analogue or digital controls units and HEINZMANN positioner units. HEINZMANN StG 2080 Actuators can be integrated with different throttle valve sizes for hot and cold gas engine applications. Additional integration of driver electronics turn these actuator models into positioning units suitable for current / voltage and PWM input signals. |

ESGTV-25-40-50 The Heinzmann evolution throttle is an integrated product consisting of a valve, actuator and flow controller with instrumentation, designed principally for gas turbine applications. Valves are available in 1 inch (plus 4 trim reductions), 1.5 inch and 2 inch sizes rated ANSI class 150 and 300 and in cast or stainless steel. These sizes suit any kind of gas turbine between less than 1 MW through to around 50 MW. All valves are of the 90 degree, rotary, ball type and feature a heavy duty metal:metal seal which preserves the valve flow characteristic over very long service intervals and self cleans the valve of solids contamination as the valve operates. »GAS FUEL SYSTEMS |
Gas fuelled gas turbines up to approximately 50Mw Class 150 and 300 valves are available with various materials. A cost effective solution only requiring a 24VDC supply and 4-20mA flow demand set-point.
