After significant year on year growth in worldwide sales of governor products REGULATEURS EUROPA has moved to a new purpose built factory in Roden, Netherlands. REGULATEURS EUROPA has a development and production facility in the UK and the HEINZMANN Head office is in Germany with sales offices worldwide.
After 47 years of manufacturing at the previous factory, REGULATEURS EUROPA (RE) has moved to the new premises at Ekkelkamp 3 in Roden. The local management located a site near to the old factory to retain the skills of the personnel built up over the 47 year history.Production techniques and initiatives brought in when joining the Heinzmann group bought positive benefits but the increase in growth meant that a further significant investment in a new purpose built factory was required.
The new 1500 square metre factory has capacity for future growth of governor production and enables Regulateurs Europa BV to offer other products and services.
Operations Manager Gertjan Mulder said “Customers buy RE governors because of the quality and reliability, the new facility optimises production and the new purpose built customer training centre will benefit customers and end users.”
Another new product in the REGULATEURS EUROPA stable is the “Iceni” range of distributed I/O modules. This new development from RE can be used to extend the Viking35 ECU or communicate with other PC or PLC equipment. The DIN rail mounted modules are designed to be cost effective and easy to configure, via a colour display keypad, without the need for a programmer. ”Iceni” is designed to encompass an engine environment but be equally suited to a much wider role. These new developments add to the extensive range of REGULATEURS EUROPA products, and the custom design capabilities, available to their customers.
